What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1. Who we are

Guangzhou Amity Commercial Group Co., Limited, registered in Hong Kong (entity number 2848017) with operations in Guangzhou. The data controller for this site is Eduardo Carnelero, reachable at info@amityglobalhk.com.

2. What we collect from the website

• Brief form dataName, email, optional phone and the free-text brief you submit. Stored when you click the submit button on any page of this site.
• CookiesLanguage preference (key: amity_lang) and cookie acknowledgement (key: amity_cookie), stored only in your browser’s localStorage. We do not track you across sites.
• AnalyticsPage-level visit counts via a self-hosted tool. No third-party trackers. Country is inferred from IP at the time of visit and stored as a country code only.

3. What we collect from contracted clients

• Brief and contract dataCompany name, billing address, signed contract, scope of work, brief content. Stored in our case-management system in Guangzhou.
• Shipment & customs documentationPro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and any product-specific certificate.
• Inspection reportsPhotos, measurements and signed-off acceptance notes per shipment, kept for the duration of the contract plus seven years.

4. How long we keep it

Brief forms submitted by website visitors are deleted after 18 months if no engagement starts. Contracted-client data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, as required by Hong Kong record-keeping rules.

5. Your rights

You may ask us at any time, in writing, to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (subject to the seven-year obligation above for contracted clients). Write to info@amityglobalhk.com and we reply within five business days.

6. Sharing

We share data only with factories where it is necessary to execute your brief (e.g. shipping address on a packing list), with our customs broker for the documentation handoff, and with our banking partners in Hong Kong for invoicing. We do not sell or rent client data, and we do not share it with marketing third parties.

7. Updates

When this notice changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes are communicated by email to contracted clients at least 30 days before they take effect.
