Service 01

Sourcing & supplier search

A focused factory scan with a written shortlist — when you don’t yet have a supplier, the one you have stopped scaling, or the price no longer makes sense.

Brief intake — 2 daysA 45-minute call plus a written brief: specs, target FOB price, monthly volume, certification, port and lead-time tolerance. Locked before search begins.
Factory scan — 5 to 8 candidatesWe map mills, OEM workshops and trading houses in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Each one is visited or video-walked, with a 12-point scorecard.
Shortlist — 3 finalistsA written brief per finalist: floor photos, capacity, monthly output, key clients, MOQ, lead time, certs, payment behaviour and our reservations. No hype.
Reference samples — 10 daysTwo reference samples per finalist on your desk, tagged with batch and date so you can compare apples to apples when production starts.
FeeUSD 4,800 per category brief, or 1.6% of the first shipment’s FOB value on a 12-month framework. Whichever is lower for you.
OutcomeA signed Pro-forma Invoice with the supplier of your choice, vetted by us, ready to wire the deposit.

Service 02

Negotiation in Mandarin

When you know which factory you want but the gap on price, MOQ or payment terms is wider than it should be. We sit in the room — sometimes literally — and close it.

Pre-call workupWe read your last three quotes, your competitors’ prices where public, and the factory’s price card for similar buyers. We come with a number, not a wish.
Live negotiationA two-hour face-to-face block, usually at the factory. Price, MOQ break, payment milestone (30/70 or 50/50), packaging, Incoterms, lead time and rework clause.
Documented outcomeA redlined PI plus a one-page English summary of what was agreed and why — so the next person on your side understands the deal.
FeeUSD 2,200 per closed negotiation, or USD 180 / hour on retainer. We refund half if the redline does not move the deal.
Track recordAverage price improvement on negotiated POs in 2025: 8.4%. Median: 6.2%. We can show the data on the call.
OutcomeA contract you can actually live with for the next 12 months.

Service 03

Pre-shipment inspection

The single line of defence against a container that does not match the photos. We open boxes at random, measure, photograph and stop payment if the brief is not met.

When we inspectThree checkpoints: 30% (line set-up & pilot run), 70% (mid-production) and 100% before release. Critical orders get a fourth checkpoint at packing.
Sampling planAQL 2.5 / 1.0 / 0.65 for major / minor / critical defects, per ISO 2859-1. Adjustable upward for high-stakes orders; downward only with your sign-off.
What we testDimensions, weight, finish, packaging, labelling, batch code and function-test where applicable. Every test logged to the report.
The reportA 25–60 page PDF with photos, measurements vs spec, defect rate and one recommendation: release, rework or reject. Within 24 hours of the visit.
FeeUSD 320 per inspection day (8 hours). One-day visits cover most orders up to one 40′ container.
OutcomeYou release the balance payment only after seeing the report. Rework cost lands on the factory, not on you.

Service 04

Freight to your port

Consolidation, booking, paperwork and customs handoff. We negotiate freight as a buyer who books three to six containers a month, not as a one-off shipper.

Incoterms coveredFOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Ningbo, CIF and DDP to most Latin American ports. We recommend the term that maps to your customs setup, not the one that pays us more.
ConsolidationLCL and FCL. Mixed loads from up to four factories in one container, with separated packing lists, are routine for us.
DocumentationCommercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin (CO and FTA where applicable), fumigation, insurance and any product-specific cert.
Ports we move into regularlyBuenos Aires, San Antonio, Callao, Manzanillo, Cartagena, Veracruz, Guayaquil, Montevideo. Others on request.
FeeUSD 220 per container documentation pack, plus freight at cost. We do not mark up freight invoices.
OutcomeA container that arrives at your warehouse with paperwork that does not need to be re-issued.
